Acceding to Fox News, the NFL has rejected a Super Bowl ad from American Veterans urging people to stand for the national anthem. AMVET is the nation’s largest veterans service organization and they were offered a slot for the Super Bowl, but they were swiftly shut down when their ad said two simple words: “#PleaseStand.
